Grim Reaper Used To Fight AIDS - Again!

April 5th, 2007 · No Comments · General Off Beat News

20 years onwards from 2007 the now famous grim reaper TV campaign may be used once again. The shock tactics used in the 1980’s saw people young and old horrified at the propects of AIDS infection. With a 40% increase in the rate of HIV infection in Australia over the last few years there has been renewed calls for the return of the reaper and his black hood.

The problem is many people are voicing opposition to the shock tactics that proved so effective in the past. Australia has maintained one of the lowest infection rates in the world due to the success of our friend in black, after two decades a whole new complacent genreation needs a good shake up and if it saves lives then a little bit of fear can go a long way. Bring our scary friend and his bowling ball back I say.
